Hello everyone my name is Jasmine.
A little about me......I am 5' 3" currently weighing around 185 pounds. I am a Army Veteran. My weigh gain stems mostly from medical issues. I am ready to start this weight loss journey. My goal weight is 140-145. I was my sexiest and healthiest during that time lol. So that is where I would like to be.
I wouldn't mind having some friends along this journey. I could really use the encouragement.
