Not Feeling the Benefit of Food

I don't really know how to explain this, but I'll try.
I often feel very low energy and even if I eat a meal (and feel full) I don't get any perk from the food. Like I feel the food in my stomach (and I can't eat anymore), but I feel lightheaded as if I haven't eaten for a while, and I don't get any energy boost. I eat very cleanly and include lots of protein in my diet, but even when I feel physically full I feel as if I've been starving myself.
Can anyone explain this, or tell me how to fix it?

You need to go speak to a doctor.

Can you make your diary public? I'm going to go out on a limb and guess you're not eating enough. There is no reason to eat "clean" all the time - add something "dirty" and enjoy your food. Ice cream always makes me feel happy. And agree with the others, seeing a doctor is probably a good idea.0
