Motivation and new friends needed!!

Hello all!!!

I need some serious help and support! Im having trouble getting past my 169 lbs mark.. Im usually around 174-176lbs and as soon as I get to 169 i shoot back up to 174 lbs... Im usually like I made progress now i can cheat a little!! Ugh its frustrating but I just need some active friends on here for motivation to keep me on track.. Feel free to add me and comments with some tips!! Thanks guys!!
