Then you are trying to sell herbalife and that is not welcome here or allowed so go away... I lost thousands of dollars to that scheme btw.

I don't think the brand really makes too much of a difference. If you are shopping, it's normally good to look for powders that come from a blend of sources so they contain a full spectrum of protein vs. just a single source. Whey (milk) and Soy are probably the most frequently found in powders and a lot of folks seem happy with those.

Normally all I ever run across are vanilla and chocolate flavors so hope you like one of those two!

If you have a Costco or Sam's membership it might be something you want to pick up there as you avoid the upsell that someplace like GNC might offer.

If you are not a vegetarian, don't be afraid to just have a nice big piece of chicken or turkey too. I always get more "full" eating 35 grams of protein than I do drinking it.

    Good luck!

My dietician told me to find one that is mainly whey isolate. We are currently using Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard.

Optimum nutrition. Blends the best, tastes the best, just about the best prices stuff anywhere: 70 cents per scoop with 24g protein and 120 cals per scoop. Lots of flavors, all natural ingredients, highly recommend.

Trutein by Bodynutrition. Tons of flavors, no fillers, and they are stinking DELICIOUS. I like the vanilla for its versatility, and the chocolate truffle and chocolate peanut butter cup are also really really good. 25 g protein/scoop at 120 calories a scoop. (for the vanilla)

I actually liked MHP's Cookies and Cream protein powder. ON's hydrowhey was pretty good as well.

To each their own but personally I stick to the Cookies and Cream :p
