This has been the result of me working out to wii games, 30 day shred, t25, and 6w6p. Yea I know I bounce around a lot but it has worked out amazingly for me. I'm now in the 2 week zone for my cruise and I'll probably do 6w6p and t25 every day. If I'm happy with the results, I may move on to either ri30 or p90x to tighten up a bit. Does anyone have some suggestions?
