question about long spin class

I did a two hour spin class today for charity. Afterward, I came home and ate an apple with peanut butter. Had lunch shortly afterward and although I'm not hungry, I do feel a little "drained." MFP has me at 1200 calories for a usual day, which I know is too low for today.
If I'm not hungry, do I have to eat back all the calories I burned? I went over yesterday so I don't think starvation mode is an issue.
If anything, I bet I will be more hungry tomorrow!
Any advice? Thanks so much!

Id say try and get some protein in you tonight (I always get the shakes after spin class and need to eat!) and then save the majority of calories for tomorrow when your body will need a little extra to help repair itself. If your not hungry theres no point making yourself feel unwell from eating calories you didnt want to eat. Listen to your body and do what you think you need. That being said I am not a nutrionist so who knows lol x0
