    I'm guessing you have added some muscle weight during this process. That means you have probably lost more than 20 lbs of fat. You are looking healthier by the day! Congrats. :drinker: (lots of water)

    you can def tell a diff from 20lbs!! just wait til 30...that seems to be the point where most people start noticing huge differences!! you are doing great! keep up the good work :)
