    Is that like fattoush? I really like fattoush. I dice all the veggies into small cubes and toss in some pomegranate seeds and lots of mint, and sometimes a little couscous. Sometimes I use pita chips to scoop it.

    i am so doing this. i saw this in my medditeranean cooking light book recently. i think i read over the ingred list and wrinkled my nose. i'm gonna go back and look again.
