    Yeah I'm trying to get to Max96 level just a little over 2% more to lose seems easy, but not... Cuz I'm lazy:laugh:

    But I am going to throw in a little more Fasted HIT carido on the weekends with light workout and watch it melt away... And I love to eat... Even tho protein does keep you fuller..
