What to do when I'm at my top weight?

Hello.
When I hit maintenance I set up 3 pound range for myself and sadly I have hit the top of it.
I know this isn't water weight because this gain has stayed for a month now.
I usually only eat about 1500 to maintain (because I'm so small and sit almost all day)
I'm 5'2 and currently weigh 104 pounds
My UGW was 101 and my range was 101-104
I would like to get back down to 101 so how should I go about doing this?
How low should I cut my calories?
Any advice would be helpful.
It's been so long since I've lost weight I've forgotten how to do it >.<

Don't do anything drastic, just cut by a couple hundred calories and you'll creep back down. 3 pounds isn't something to be super concerned about, so just be conscious of it and eat a little bit less. Personally, I think a 3 lb range is fairly unrealistic, considering that I swing around in a 5 pound range and from what I've heard, even that is a bit small. Maintenance is just a balancing game - when you notice you're getting too close to the top of your range, eat a little less. If you notice you're getting too close to the bottom of your range, eat a little more. No drastic measures needed.0

Like she said - nothing drastic. I would also consider upping your exercise a little - a walk after dinner at least. And measure accurately. It's easy to let it drift upwards.
Personally I am 5'10" and weigh 150 and have stayed in that 3 pound range for a year. When I was younger I'd bounce 5 pounds from breakfast to dinner. Now I'm within a pound every day for weeks. I'm speaking from experience here when I talk about hitting the top and pushing yourself down to the bottom again. Go back to basics.0 -
i am trying to maintain too. i am 5.2 ft as well and i wanted to be between 112 to 115 max but it seemed too hard to keep and easy at 115. did that for a whole year no prob but something changed this year and i have gone up to 119-120... the lowest i can get to is 116.6 and it doesn't stick around for longer then a day or 2????....
