Between 1-2. You look very very thin in 3, how tall are you?

I also want to know how tall you are becaseu in the bottom pic, your arms look REALLLLLY skinny. A little too skinny. Please don't get upset that I said that. :flowerforyou:

Thanks you guys for your opinions I only want honest opinions so even the "mean brutal" ones mean a lot :)
And I am 5'6 currently at 95 lbs and trying to gain but I am wondering how much to gain lol
If you HONESTLY want to get healthy?
    Start with this formula:
5'0"=100LBS, add 5LBS for every inch. Tweak as needed.
So, about 130. So, right where folks' comments suggest you should be. 35 pounds heavier than you are now.

She's right. Great weight/height formula-- going by that I'm spot on! (5'1", 105 lbs.)

You are smiling in all three which is good.

    You want internet opinions? Ok.

You look really good in 1 and 2.
I think 2 off the top of my head, or maybe in between 1 and 2 would be good.

IMHO 3 makes you look too skinny.

    YMMV.

Ultimately it is up to you to go with which makes you feel most comfortable.
    .

Pretty much sums up my opinions exactly. +1 on this.

    +1

I'm assuming you're seeing a doctor for your ED? He/she can help you pick a goal based on your health, not what strangers on the 'net think of your photos.

She's said, in the past, with another username I think, that she is seeing someone for her ED. Here's hoping.

What confuses me is you lost weight to get to 95, too too skinny, but now you want to gain? I think you should make an appointment somewhere. Tell hubby to STFU if he is wanting you to lose weight.

95 is too little wight for a person of your height, look at your arms and shoulder blades, clavicle in 3. Way too small.

I think you should go see a doctor. You may well have an eating disorder. A doctor (psych ED specialist, nutritionist) can help you get refocused on what healthy weight, body image, and eating should be like :) best of luck.

I think the first one is the best. The second one is good, but in the third one you look too skinny and not at all healthy.

You are absolutely glowing in number 1! Even though you were 160 in number 1 I think you looked 20 lbs smaller than that. Then again you are probably taller than me lol. I think you would look your best in the 120-140 range. You look beautiful. Definitely skinny arms in number 3 so just make sure you are treating yourself in a healthy way. (I do like skinny arms but I think 95 lbs is too skinny to look your best.)

You look cute in all 3 pictures, but I do think you look a little too thin in your last picture. I personally think you look best in the second picture at 125 lbs and that is a great slim weight for your height. I am a couple inches shorter than you and I weigh 10 lbs more and people think I'm too thin even. Be careful and don't lose anymore weight!

    Much too thin in #3.

At 125 you looked healthy and happy. Even at 160 you look healthier than at 100. I'd aim for 130.

I also notice in picture 3, and of course we have no way of knowing whose things those are, but look in the background at all those pill bottles. Whose are they? I hope not yours. Maybe a multivitamin a day but you do not need supplements and what not, whatever those are, and they again may be somebody else's so if they are I am sorry, but just eat.

While I think the OP looks too thin in photo 3 I will disagree with the supplements statement above. You have no idea what or why anyone is taking the supplements they are. I personally take 10 different dietary supplements, 7 of those twice a day. During the winter months that increased to 11. Each are for a very specific purpose. My supplement routine does change from time to time depending on need. I would get downright pissy if you or anyone else other than my doctor tried to judge me on what supplements or medications I take. Unless one of those supplements is a gimmicky weight loss supplement, you know nothing about her supplement needs. This is very much a mind your own.

    Otay then.

Well, I agree, but I meant supplements such as gimmicky crap that people think will help them lose more weight. I am all for some vitamins and whatever, even though I do not take any myself, and she certainly does not need gimmicks to lose more weight. If you enjoy our supplements, have at it and enjoy.

As skinny as she is and based on her other posts, she's not likely eating very much food. Might need some supplements to actually get any sort of vitamins in her system. Eating of course would be better, but if you're not going to eat based on an ED, I'd think getting something in the system has to be better than nothing.

I usually don't get into the supplement debate here. The supplements I take and have done so for a number of years have absolutely nothing to do with weight loss. Now, some dietary supplements can help with weight loss but others are useless. Some have down right dangerous side effects. I honestly hope that is not what OP is using. However, from the picture the only thing we can conclude is that is her. The supplements may or may not be hers. She may or may not even be in her own home where the photo was taken. I know that a lot of of elderly folk like to keep their meds on the counter like that whereas it is not common practice for those younger than 60 to 65.

This is one thing I don't like about the forums in general - assumptions. I'm surprised someone hasn't commented on her hairstyle or fashion sense. That's the way things tend to go here. That is one reason my diary is kept private because there are too many judgements based on assumptions.

IMO, OP is pretty with a beautiful smile. I don't know if she has an eating disorder and while I can surmise she may, it does little good to her. It really isn't clear whether her husband is not happy with her weighing too much, weighing not enough or some other aspect of their relationship. Definitely, at 5'6" a weight of 95 lb is not a healthy weight. I hope she is not using MFP in a negative manner. If she is, there is really nothing any of us can do about it.
