Well, January of this year I weighed in at 202 lbs. which for a 6'0" tall male is not terrible, but not good either. As of today, I am now down to 180.8 lbs. - so I've lost 21.2 lbs. to date. My original goal was to get to 175 lbs. but I may adjust this to 165 or 170 lbs. accordingly. It's been a tough and challengin road, but more than worth it. I now weigh what I originally weighed when I joined the Navy Reserves. It certainly feels great!!!
