I just started using myfitnesspal a couple weeks ago and love it! I've already lost 7lbs and counting calories is something I wish I had done a long time ago!
I don't goto the gym, but I do plenty of hiking, running, walking and eat a pretty normal (60/20/20) 1,590 calorie Carb diet.
Just figured I'd say hi and if there is anyone in the Louisville, Ky area or on a similar diet/workout schedule who wants to add me I'd like some friendly motivation!
