Adios or any other weight loss aids

What are peoples thought on these weight loss aids? I'm debating on whether to give a product a try for a month but not sure which on to use??
Does anybody have any experiences of these good or bad?

They don't work beyond the possible placebo effect. Eating at a modest deficit over time, on the other hand, will work.

appetite suppression and a little boost in energy will be all you get from it. basically just makes eating at a deficit a little easier, but it can be done without them

They surely make your wallet lighter.

Other than that - there's no guarantee they'll make your body weight lighter. "Eat less, move more" is the only universally proven method.

Just go on good ole fashioned willpower. Stay busy.
It will be cheaper, and you wont believe how much you can get done by making yourself stay busy.

If you are going to invest money in weight loss aids then buy yourself a digital food scale, a heart rate monitor and then invest some time in reading this link:

No weight loss aid works without calorie deficit. And the whole point of maintaining weight after you reach goal is to learn a habit of not over consumption. A weight loss aid doesn't teach you that.
