Post-workout cravings

This morning after my workout (50 minutes - ran 2 miles, circuit training with strength and elliptical), I had an INTENSE craving for milk. I usually have little cravings for it, especially on the days I do any running. I gave in this morning and drank a cup and it was marvelous.

What are some of your post-workout cravings? Do they mean anything, health-wise?
