What I used to eat in a single day.

As of today I eat a relatively healthy diet compared to my past. I try to forget what I ate but the memories of all the delicious food are hard to make go away. So I decided to share what I would eat in a normal day before I changed everything. After writing it all out I was horrified by how many calories a day I was eating.
Breakfast: Nothing
I actually never ate Breakfast, still don't today. Even at my largest weight I am rarely hungry before noon.
Lunch: Taco Bell
2 Grilled Stuffed Chicken Burritos
4 Chicken Quesadillas
1 Family Potato Wedge
5 Side of Nacho Cheese (to dip the potato wedges in)
Large Pepsi
Snacks: I would usually eat around 1,500 calories a day just in snacks. Cookies, ice cream, chips etc etc.
Dinner: Burger King
3 Tripple Stackers
2 Large Fires
2 Tendercrisp Chicken Sandwiches
Dessert (whatever they had)
Large Soda
I consider myself very lucky that even though I ate that way for nearly 15 years I have almost no health issues. No diabetes, perfect blood pressure, and no major pains and aches. Today I stay under 2500 calories a day, even though I burn nearly 4300 a day. So have any of you done comparisons or how you eat now as opposed to when you were at your worst. I think looking at this helps me never to want to go back to it.

I used to swing through McDonald's on my way to work almost every day, and because I didn't like their hash browns I would opt for 2 sandwiches instead of one, egg McMuffin and a McGriddle, which equaled a lot of fatty calories (Usually around 900) to start 75% of my days with. Bleh, I haven't stopped there in almost a month now, and I'm feeling much better (and my wallet is a lot happier too!)0

Breakfast : nothing or a hardboiled egg
Lunch : footlong sub, usually meatball or ham
Snack : 6-pack of beck's with 1-2 eggs and toasted corn or Doritos
Dinner : 2-3 cups of instant rice and 2-3 hot dogs
ETA : and a glass of vegetable juice to avoid scurvy
Logged it once out of curiosity. 3500-4000 calories.0
