Sore Calf

I'm currently doing T25 and after nearly a week off (cos I had injured my knee), I started week 4 today. I did one of the cardio programmes 2 days ago to get me back into it (which i had no problems with), but this morning I'd only been doing it for nearly 10 mins and I got really bad pain in my right calf. I stopped and stretched it a bit, then I carried on but only at a very slow pace and not doing any jumping, running on the spot etc as didn't want to make it worse. However it still hurts when I walk.

Has anyone got any advice on what I could do? I was gutted at missing out last week and don't want to miss another week too.

Thanks for that - though it's Total Body Circuit tomorrow which can be a bit tough Just thought it was weird as I was fine yesterday and before started the dvd today. If anything I thought I would've been sore the day after the workout from the other day.

Thanks. I have read that some people use foam rollers, but didn't know much about them, so I'll check it out.
