Also do the weight loss pill over the counter help or are they bad for you? any ideas? At the moment I don't take any vitamins. Also do you know if any of these medications cause weight gain Gabipetin, Ratidene, SMZ?I take the ratidene and SMZ 2 times a day and the Gabipetin 1 a day at night. Please answer.

No, micronutrients do not affect weight loss.
Don't use any weight loss pills.
I can't comment on the list of medications you've provided.0 -
I have never heard of a case in which vitamin and/or mineral deficiency prevent weight loss. Over the counter weight loss pills are a pile of poop so save your money. If you are on prescription medication then I strongly urge you to consult with your doctor. If necessary get a referral to see a qualified dietitian to help you balance your medication with your food so you could still lose weight.0
