Ready to lose!

Hi all! I just had my second (and last) baby in September. I am ready to lose weight for good. Prior to getting pregnant I had much success with following a moderate diet and using walking as my exercise of choice. I have tried a lot of different weight loss methods from age 20 to now, and I must say walking was helping the weight come off the quickest and easiest of all the routines I put myself through! The site looks great, love the tracking devices and need support too!

This site is wonderful. Since I started calorie counting last week, I have lost 5 pounds, which I had struggled to lose with any other method. Stay on top of it, and you'll find it very rewarding.:happy:0
