Does any one know why on earth an extra large coffee with one cream at Tim's has 100 cal. While the same coffee at McDonald's has only 20 cal? I know that Tim's uses 18%cream, no idea what McDonald's uses but 5X the calories.....REALLY????

Hello,
Just checking on their sites, the difference in calories may be because I couldn't add the cream with the coffee on MCD's site. But if you look at the MCD's iced coffee which is coffee + milk + sugar, you can approximate that timmy's and mcd's would be the same. I don't think you can have that much difference.
Hope it helps0
