Yoga was not my thing

So I wanted to share my experience. My entire family on my dads side has problems with their back. My brother and I were not excluded from that. For about 3 weeks my back was hurting really bad and it was getting worse. I decided to do yoga because my math professor said it helped him out. I have done it before and I found it really boring. I decided to try it again. I did notice a postive difference in my back and the level of pain I was experiencing after some sessions. I can say that I found it very helpful and continue on to do it. Before it was not my thing, but now I found relief in yoga.

P.S. sorry for the grammar and spelling mistakes. I just wanted to share how yoga has helped me in my search for relief.

    I do it if I have tweeked my back,,it really does help,I just cant seem to find the days to make it a weekly thing,because it is my least favorite thing to do,ever!
