Hello,

I am a new member who wants to lose about 50 pounds to get back to my pre-baby weight. She is now 3 and I can't lose the pounds. I get discouraged after a week or 2 weeks of eating healthy and exercising. Whatever was lost during those two weeks, are gained back even faster. I love fast food and rice. Trying to stay away or having one small serving. I hope tracking everything here keeps me motivated for more than two weeks until I reach my goals. Thanks! =)

    I always lost my "oomph" after a few weeks on diets as well. The thing that I LOVE about this site is seeing everything in black and white. Tracking food and exercise is definitely motivating. Not to mention the people here are AMAZING for support!! When I start to feel a little "blah" about my progress I love to go to the "success stories" message board and look at the before & after pics -- SOOOOO MOTIVATING! You can totally do this!! Welcome to MFP!! :-)
