Did you stay within your nutritional goals? (for Sun). Yes. I was actually short of my calories quite a bit.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? N/A

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I spent the day with my boyfriend having fun and wandering a theme park in the evening. Did some mega shopping in the afternoon and bought a new size SMALL winter coat! It's so much nicer to shop now that I am happy with my body shape + size (relative).

What would I have done differently? Slept! Seems to be a constant theme. Sleep and water, sleep and water...

What is today's personal goals? Did my push-up challenge and managed 10 full push-ups in a row! That is sweet. Also will be running hopefully 2-3mi this afternoon, despite the freezing weather.

exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - Sun- rest, Mon- stretch + push-ups + 2-3mi run, Tue- circuit train + crunches, Wed-2.5mi run and push-ups, Thu- circuit train + stretch, Fri-push-ups + stretch, Sat- 8K RUN!

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? (for Mon). Yes. I ate more chocolate than I would have liked, but it all fit into my cals.

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yep. Ran 3 miles and did my push-ups. Woot. Also barely stayed under my 2k sodium goal. Still need to drink more water, though...

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I managed to fit a treat into my calories and not feel overly guilty about it. I opted for raw spinach instead of rice with dinner (which is my new thing, so tasty) and went running in the freezing cold without complaining too much... That's a feat in and of itself! haha

What would I have done differently? Slept! Seems to be a constant theme. Sleep and water, sleep and water... (repeat from yesterday)

What is today's personal goals? 3 full circuits again (I should time myself), with crunches, and a nice long stretch. I am also going to try and make my own homemade paneer (indian-style cheese) and hoping to make healthy choices tonight at dinner with the family. I find it much harder to do when other people are around and eating with me. So much pressure not to eat "rabbit food" when you know people are watching you... and judging you.

exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - Sun- rest, Mon- stretch + push-ups + 2-3mi run, Tue- circuit train + crunches, Wed-2.5mi run and push-ups, Thu- circuit train + stretch, Fri-push-ups + stretch, Sat- 5mi RUN!

Bad start this week. Woke up on Monday with a SORE back. Ouch! Just down to 2 Advil in the morning now and still moving carefully. Getting out of bed is a little work but I seem to be getting better during the day. I have no idea where this came from but I have put the brakes on the running and push-ups. My first rule when I have this kind of pain is "rest and stretch 3 days and THEN see if I need more help" My 2nd & 3rd rules would be lots of sleep and a healthy diet. Oops didn't do as well there! :grumble: :grumble: Today I WILL walk. Now I said it and will have to do it, right??.

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? (for Tues). Yes.I ate way too much though. I was eating when I wasn't hungry. That's a problem in my books.

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yes. did my circuits, ate what I wanted at dinner (despite it being way less carb-y than everyone else) and made paneer + kale chips!

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I felt that I had overeaten throughout the day and so I went on an hour long walk after dinner to burn some off. Felt so much better after that :D

What would I have done differently? Slept! Seems to be a constant theme. Sleep and water, sleep and water... (repeat from yesterday + Monday) Im like a broken record!

What is today's personal goals? I ran 3.75miles today and did my push-up challenge, so over and beyond my exercise goals. Eating healthy + treating myself to some ice cream later for a job well done!

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? (for Wed). Yep! I even had room for ice cream!

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Sure did. Ate a super healthy dinner loaded with veg, tofu, chick peas and a huge bed of spinach. Ice cream was such a nice bonus!

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? My run! 6km speed training run... Felt great, esp since I wasn`t feeling like a run at all.

What would I have done differently? Slept - obviously. Got in my 6 glasses of water though! Way way way too much coffee in my diet... I really should work on that. I think I had 5 cups yesterday + 1 cup of tea. Ugh! That`s what happens when you never sleep more than 5 or 6 hours I guess...

What is today's personal goals? 3x Nerdfitness circuit with an additional 150 crunches. Stretching, cleaning, applying for jobs and finishing up my errands. Healthy dinner + healthy snacks after work tonight (working nights again).

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? (for Thurs). Barely. I ate quite a bit and all my exercise calories too.

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes. I actually got everything done. Did the nerdfitness circuit x 3 and added weights to my squats, which increased the level of difficulty a bit. I could definitely feel it :) I was totally starving at work all night and devoured my apple after my shift. No idea why since I had eaten so much...

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Held strong my whole shift and had nothing but water. Thankfully there is hardly any time to snack @ work.

What would I have done differently? Been a little more cautious with calories. No idea where everything went! I really should limit myself to ice cream once or twice a week... Hate having it in the house!

What is today's personal goals? Rest day but I am helping my mom move all her office furniture so it should be action packed. Going to try and get my water even though it's cold and miserable out. Push-ups before I leave!

exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - Sun- rest, Mon- stretch + push-ups + 2-3mi run, Tue- circuit train + crunches, Wed-3.75mi run and push-ups, Thu- circuit train + stretch, Fri-push-ups + stretch + moving furniture, Sat- 5mi RUN!

Really struggling here myself, GoldK. I have been home a lot which means I am constantly in reach of all kinds of snacks. Afternoons have been becoming increasingly snacky! Go-to-stop!

Do you think the colder weather is moving us into craving mode? I can't claim to actually be hungry.

Ergh... I feel you both. I have no idea where my cals went yesterday. It's so hard not to snack when you're at home... Think you might be right about the cold weather, Hoosier. I am definitely having issues with cravings. I find myself eating mindlessly more often this week than any week I can remember in the recent past... Who knows! Good luck to both of you!

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? (for Thurs). Ah yes, but I still ate a ton. Eating lots more lately now that my goals have changed... Very nervous for tomorrow's weigh-in...:ohwell:

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Nearly! I didn't do my push-ups. I strained a few muscles moving furniture and when I tried my push-ups, I was in complete agony. Far too tense. Definitely *NOT* a rest day. Had 5 glasses of water, so that was alright.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Uhhh ? I can't really think of anything. Wasn't a great day. I made stew in the crock-pot to have for dinner once we got home. Healthy meals planned ahead of busy days are definitely something new for us (in the last year). So happy I did it though because on Fridays we used to always eat out. Woot!

What would I have done differently? Less ice cream and more water. That ice cream needs to seriously evacuate my house. How am I going to lose weight with it here?

What is today's personal goals? 5 mile run, although my body is really hurting. I'll hopefully pull through and get it done.

exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - Sun- rest, Mon- stretch + push-ups + 2-3mi run, Tue- circuit train + crunches, Wed-3.75mi run and push-ups, Thu- circuit train + stretch, Fri-stretch + moving furniture, Sat- 5mi RUN!
