Hey y'all! I am sort of new to MFP

Hi! I'm Lisa and have been on MFP, but never really used it. I just turned 46 and have gained 40 pounds in the last year. Eating what I want doesn't work for me anymore. I have been tracking my eating habits for a little over a week now. EEEEKKK!! Until the actual calories of what I have been eating was staring me in the face, I just was in oblivion thinking I could still eat like I could 5 years ago. I am not a huge exerciser, but have agreed to start a boot camp with some of my co workers. I could really use some MFP friends for motivations and challenges, because I will procrastinate.
