I'm 36 years old. In the past year I have really struggled to lose weight, in the past it was relatively easy. Watched what I ate and worked out 5-6 times per week for 30-45 min. per day. I would alternate between strength training and cardio. I would always stay around 145-150 which was a great weight for me. Now I can't get belwo 160 for the life of me. I work out harder and eat less and its going nowhere. I'm getting really frustrated, my clothes are very snug. I have cellulite that I can't get rid of, and I'm very depressed and the weight is consuming me. I joined My Fitness Pal so I could make sure I am accurately tracking everything. Any tips for people my age having weightloss success would be greatly appreciated!
