Which daily exercise setting should I use on MFP?

Hello! I'm currently doing stronglifts 5x5 3 times a week and I was wondering what I should change my daily exercise level to on mfp. I don't do any cardio anymore and am lightly active through out the day.
Routine:
-squats
-rows
-deadlift
-military press
-leg press
-calf raises
All 5x5 and 50 pounds plus.
