Wisdom to share with newbie MFPS.

1) What have I learned in my journey?
What patience is … and some days I’m still learning.
What I eat is what I weigh on the scale.
I am in charge of who I am, and who I want to be, and what I want to look like.
I am accountable for myself, my actions and behavior, no excuses or fall guys.
If you truly want to realistically change something, it is an attainable goal.

2) What has changed in my life:
Yesterday I was sad, today I am happy.
Yesterday I was tired, today I have energy.
Yesterday I couldn’t sleep, today I sleep soundly.
Yesterday I didn’t want to exercise, today I can’t wait to break a sweat.
Yesterday I had high blood pressure, today I have normal BP.
Yesterday I didn’t like myself, today I love myself.

Welcome abroad!

    Love the post Diane!
It's all true. You have to make the conscious decision to make the change yourself.
I decided last fall that I was tired of being fat and feeling bad and I had to do something for myself.
No one else could do it and things had to change.
I'm doing it the right way this time around slow and eating right.
I want to be a new me and love myself.
    I DO LOVE MYSELF!
I like what I see in the mirror.
I still need work but I'm loving me!
As women we do so much for others and forget about our self and our own health.
Don't forget about yourself and do something good for YOU today!
    Good Luck Everyone!
