First week I like 4-5lbs. Mostly water weight, but it stayed off.0 -
By "seeing results" what exactly do you mean? Like visually looking different or seeing the number on the scale go down or improvements in fitness markers?
I started losing weight pretty much as soon as I started and started taking things seriously and started being consistent and accurate with everything I was doing. The first 20 Lbs wasn't visually all that noticeable, the last 20 Lbs was night and day. I started seeing improvements to my fitness markers pretty much immediately after I started working out regularly.0 -
I meant visually. Scale doesn't matter to be because being a woman weight flucuates, I try to take measurements more often as those help me feel better motivated. I just meant like when did you really notice "wow I look different, not just smaller but your body looked defined, fit, tight etc.0

about 6 weeks in i noticed my body changing. that is when the NSVs started rolling in. to me that is the best part of weight loss success.0

I started at 146lbs roughly, and am now 135lbs and it's night and day. Within 30 days I noticed a change in muscle definition and the way clothes fit. Within a few more weeks following that (where I am now) I find that my muscle definition is really starting to push through.
I think ten pounds is noticeable on most people.0 -

I'm 18 lbs down, and I'd have to say in the last few weeks, I have started noticing clothes fitting looser. I have been able to pull out the next size down and actually slip it on with ease! It's a great feeling! I do have a ways to go and will feel even better once the next size is hit, but for now, I am enjoying wearing clothes again that I haven't worn in almost 2 years!0

You can look through my entries - for most of my 57 lbs loss I took monthly progress photos. I'd say the changes were significant by about 3 months in. I'm also a shorty though (5'0").0 -
After a few lbs I could see a difference! In fact every few lbs I lose I can see a difference! I lost 6lbs last month and took before and after photos and the difference is very subtle but it's there! My clothes definitely started fitting better too and I look more "toned"0

Time and time again I've noticed that people will start asking me if I've lost weight just at the 15 pound loss mark and this time was no different. And they all act like they think it happened overnight when in fact I've been struggling for months.0

I'm 5'7" and I started to notice results 10 to 12 pounds into my weight loss.0
