Smoked Cabbage

I heard from my 2nd-Cousin-Niece-In-Law that smoked cabbage is to die for.....anyone have any good recipe(s)? I'm thinking a core of chicken or lean shishkabob skewers might be very tasty.

Never heard of it, Ive eaten picked chinese cabbage which was awesome. So Im in for replies :happy:

Except Gulash with Sauerkraut.

Google "smoked cabbage recipe" and you'll find lots of versions. Haven't tried it myself.
