Any small-framed women looking to build MUSCLE?

I am looking for like-minded women, preferably over 35, who are fit but looking to put on more muscle...I have been on the NROLFW thread but I'm not currently doing a particular "program"...

Just looking for some friends and "tips" from those who are in the trenches, or who have "been there, done that".

Some things about me: I'm 42, workout 3-4 times a week about 70 minutes. Combination weights and HIIT. About 20% body fat. I have a small frame and my body doesn't put on muscle easily. I also eat a lot of protein and have my macros set at 40 carbs, 30 protein, 30 fat.

Anyone else out there want to get reduce the tummy and get some guns? LOL
