Got some new work clothes, around the same day I found a photo of me at my highest weight: 240ish lbs

Have fun, keep it up. I'm going to the gym

    May I ask how tall you are, I am about the same SW and have a similar GW so I was just wondering. I am BARELY 5 feet tall so always wonder what weight would look normal on me.
