Because your weight fluctuates throughout the day, when is the best times to weigh yourself and get the most accurate weight.

    The same time every time you weigh. Many do it first thing in the morning once a week.

    I do mine first thing Monday morning after I been to the toilet with no clothes lol.

    Doesn't matter as long as its the same time every day.

    I weigh less first thing in the mornings!

    I weigh myself in the morning after using the restroom, before I work out and have breakfast. I weigh every day so I can track and see my overall trend, but many people weigh the same time each week.

    In reality it doesn't matter, only that you weigh yourself in the same conditions at roughly the same time. I weigh myself every morning to take note of trends. But my MFP weight I take from my weekly weigh in at my slimming group on a thursday evening just before dinner.
