Just started Insanity. Need weightloss support

Just started Insanity program Day 1 today.
Anyone have been on this program before?. How long does it take to see results?
I've put on 6kg (13.3lbs) slowly over the course of 1 year...As I may not have a lot to loose... it's super difficult to lose it back down again

My stat:
Height: 167cm
Current Weight: 61.5 Kg
Target Weight: 55 kg
