Why do I itch so bad when I workout? Help please.

I looked this up on Google and actually found what is causing this but i'm curious, if it is caused by expanding capillaries then why don't all the places I flare up at - flare up at once? They seem to all happen when I do walking motions and all within 20mins. But never two places at once. Which I am grateful for but it's curious. It sounds like it makes blood go to my muscles faster, but does it help with weight loss? I'm just trying to get my head around this and trying to figure it out, any help would be great thanks.

    I experienced that as well, but it usually goes away after the first few real workout sessions. It will go away once you get your body used to working out again. :)

    Talk to your dr. It could be an allergy. You can be allergic to your own sweat or even to heat, and while not common, it is not extremely rare either.
