So, when I started here I was pretty much non active, which is the information I entered in my profile when I joined 5 weeks ago. Now, I exercise every day. Do I need to go back in and update that information or do I just keep going forward with my initial settings?
Thanks!

my personal trainer recommends two rest days during the week for you body to remodel and recover. instead of exercising every day why don't you increase your workout time to 45 min -60 min per day? you don't necessarily need to do it all at once, there are benefits to 30 min spurts at a time.0
