Hello All,

My name is George and I am from Oklahoma. I am looking to lose weight and found this site on my phone and hope that it will encourage me to better my eating habits. Hoping to find some good support groups and group challenges so I can better myself in weight loss and eating habits. I hope to work with you all soon
