Why do I feel so full?

Today I had a half glass of skim milk/half water with 2/3 scoop of protein powder for breakfast(200 calories), three pieces of string cheese for mid morning and evening snacks(240 calories), a serving of black-beans and veggie oatmeal for lunch (around 350-400 calories) and two slices of Pacific Veggie Pizza(460 cal, roommate wanted pizza and I couldn't be rude). The whole thing comes to around 1360 calories, and my TDEE for the day was 1900 (50-60 minutes of brisk walking). I had a lot of carbonated water. Could that be the reason I feel so full? Or have I just eaten too much?

Probably the carbonated water has something to do with it indeed, but also the high amount of protein (which is quite saturating) and fiber (beans, veggies, oatmeal).
That plus drinking enough water, spreading the meals and eating slowly might cause you to feel more saturated.
