New recipe that I love!

I tried a new recipe that I saw in the magazine Eating Well and it was delicious! The only changes I made was that I doubled the marinade (which you later use as a glaze), used a different wine because I forgot I needed sherry, and I omitted the butter at the end to cut calories and fat content. Even without the extra butter this meal was so good, even my husband loved it (and he is very picky)!!! Here is the link to the recipe:
