Halloween sugar overload

What happens if you eat a lot of sugar this weekend? Yesterday I had 189 grams from having Snickers and tasty candycorn pumpkins. I didn't go too far over my calorie goal, but could my body hold onto more fat for a few days? Can I still lose? I don't have anymore candy, so that's good.

Drink some extra water & amp up your exercise a little over the next few days. One or two days here or there going over is not going to totally undo everything you've worked towards. Your body can use the "shock" anyway; it reminds it to work and burn off the excess.
I know I was drinking a lot more than normal this weekend so my body took a serious shock, but I plan on pushing a bit harder the next couple days in my exercise routines and if anything, I'll probably lose another few ounces
Don't sweat the little things :flowerforyou:0
