Cheese Cake!!!

Ok that's probably an awful word on here, but...does anyone have a recipe for a healthier version? Without losing ALL of the taste and texture. When I was major in my hole of eating I could eat a whole cheesecake with a side of cream puffs...granted i wanted to die afterward. Needless to say, I love cheesecake. So if there is anyway to include a healthier version that would be swell!!

My gramma used to make the cheese cake with fat free cream cheese and I remember it being really good. Different from the store bought but still good and topped with fresh berries it's a decent substitute.
This recipe looks a lot like what she used to do.

My sister gave the recipe for that graham cracker and kool whip I made several and ate them all in one day and so did she I am not that discipline to have those things in the house. They are deadly if you have no control, I don't

As for the low calorie cheesecake. try Splenda.com they have a good low cal one in there book.

I just made this one the other day. My first time to ever make a cheesecake and it was super easy. I thought it was super yummy, too! Only 3g of fat per serving.

It's not cheesecake but the other day I bought Chobani Greek Yogurt (Peach). My son (9) and I were both floored by how it resembled cheesecake. i LOVE cheesecake. Maybe get that and crumble some slow fat graham crackers into it?
