Strength Training Resources

Where to you find your strength training routines? So far I have been getting mine from mostly magazines and a few books. Example FitnessRX, Oxygen, Muscle & fitness for Him and Her.. etc. (oh and pinterest too). I am getting bored and need something new. I despise putting routines together on my own and most routines I am finding are for beginners. Thanks!

I like stronglift 5 x 5, and just modify it for my personal needs.

I've read NROLFW and Strong Curves as well as the SL 5x5 sites.....all good reading. I started with SL 5x5 and incorporate some NROLFW and Strong Curves suggestions. Most days I do my 5x5 lifts and then do a superset of other things from NROLFW, Strong Curves, and things taught to me by the trainer I used initially.

Crossfit.com is also a great resource. Granted, tough to get all of the workouts in at home, but a decent gym should allow you to do most of the WODs.
