Macros?

So I've been pretty consistently logging what I eat and (for the most part) have learned to stay within my daily calorie goal. I've lost 9 lbs so far; (which is not a lot and apparently not noticeable to ANYONE - bummer) and I still have about 15-20 more to go.

I think I have the food part of this down but it still needs some tweaking. Once I know what I'm doing here and really have a solid foundation, I'll add in some strength training to complete the routine.

I'd like to make sure my macros are where they are supposed to be. I'm just using the numbers set by MFP but am thinking they should be adjusted to get the maximum benefit out of this, but I don't know what they should be.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

there are alot of different ratios you can use, depending on what your preferences are. some people like low fat, others low carb, i think its generally agreed low protein is a bad idea

40/30/30 protein/fat/carb ratio is a pretty average one, id go with that and see how you feel after awhile
