    Mine has been on pain meds for an injury for 2 yrs so she's pretty much out of it all the time. 70% of my day is spent fixing her mistakes! Okay, I feel better now!

    My immediate boss is AWESOME and one of the most chill guys I know. My second boss si also pretty cool, but has the best poker face ever. Sometimes you're not sure if he's mad or happy.

    Am I the only person with an awesome boss? She lets me go shopping on work time... who does that?! Edited to add: this was twice and once was because my bra strap broke, and the second was to go buy new work pants.

    Mine's pretty cool. Stays in her office and only speaks to me for the monthly required 1-on-1, so I like that.

    The absolute best. She keeps us informed and firmly believe in the power of the 3 C's (communication, collaboration, cooperation). She is my mentor and part of her sucession planning is training me to assume her position. She really does define/exceed what a boss should be.
