Booty-Less?

Good morning MFP!

I'm currently looking to integrate some new lifting techniques into my routine that will focus primarily on my glutes as opposed to quads and hams. I am a gal with some pretty muscular legs, but my glutes are woefully under represented in comparison.

To those out there who, like me, were born with a booty deficiency - have any of you have success with a program or specific exercises?

And to those who are genetically gifted Kim K/Iggy Azalea types: what types of exercises work best for you?

Any insight would be appreciated!

    If you have Instagram there are lots of accounts which focus on these and put lots up every week.

    I believe a lady called Jen Selter is one of the accounts. Try that out.
