When did you REALLY stop caring about the number on scale?

    I think you'll only know you don't care if you don't bother weighing yourself. I still weigh myself, even though I know I'm a good weight, so I still care (and feel slightly annoyed if there's a fluctuation upwards, even though I know logically why that happens).

    I stopped caring about 2 months ago when I realized that 10 years ago, I weighed 20 lbs less and wear the same size that I do now... that was mind blowing for me... I lift weights now, and though I don't think that I've got 20 lbs more muscle than I did 10 years ago, I do know that my body is better proportioned and I'm stronger and sexier than I was back then...
