Tilda Microwaveable Rice Nutritional Values

Hi all,
I'm a huge fan of Tilda's microwaveable rice. The two reasons are, that it tastes so much better than any of it's rivals (in my opinion) and also the carbs are lower than it's rivals.
I have a question though, do you think there is possibly a miscalculation in Tilda's nutritional information on it's rice.
I generally get the Pilau rice, so let's use that as an example. Here is the nutrional information for half a pack:
http://www.tilda.com/our-rice-range/products/pilau-steamed-basmati-rice
Carbs coming in at 27g in half the pack and 150 kcals in total. Now let me link you to Uncle Ben's equivalent:
https://unclebens.co.uk/our-products/rice
Please scroll down the page and choose the Pilau out of the list. If you can't be bothered, it's 38grams for half the pack and 209 kcals in total.
I generally eat a pack of microwaveable rice per day (half a pack for lunch and half for dinner). I'm curious to know, is it really possible that a pack of rice, of the same weight can have over 20grams of carbs less than others? In general, the other makes I've looked at in the supermarkets are somewhere around the mid 30's range. This means that if I switched to Uncle Ben's for example, I'd have 20 carbs less per day for other stuff.
I'd really like to find this out, as I'm just wondering if perhaps Tilda are making a mistake and I am maybe eating 20grams of carbs more per day than I think I am.
Thank you all.

You're not going to get much nutrition from rice. It's starch and basically just a source of quickly converted carbs.
The best thing to do is look at it as a neutral food, eating it is NOT bad, but it doesn't do anything great for you either.
Rice is yummy as a side dish, so best advice, make it fit, then log it and enjoy it.0
