Motivation, success stories?

Hi I've been on here for eight days now and it doesn't seem like a long time but it is the longest that I have ever kept up a routine like this. I love this website, the calorie counter has really helped me and I really do feel more healthy (eating less and exercising according to a routine). I haven't cut out anything that I don't plan to cut out permanently and I'm not rushing as I want the weight to stay off. I was wondering if anyone had any photos or stories that they would like to share with me as I find these incredible and very encouraging, thanks for reading!

Well you're in the right place for photos and positive success stories. I do not think you needed a thread for it though lol. Seems plenty of people are posting lots of images under this thread already..
I give you props for not cutting out anything you do not intend to never eat again. I feel a lot of people think they have to remove all things from their diet and live on only what is deemed "healthy" to lose weight. In truth, as your approach is, if you cut it out then bring it back who's to say you will be able to maintain that weight. I always felt it was about a lifestyle change, not a diet.
With that said I find this website very helpful. I haven't been as good as I once was with recording my calories and what not, however when I am here daily and record my food and work out (Doing T25) I lose the weight and maintain a weight loss without issue. It's amazing how being responsible for what you're eating and doing gives you results. Good luck in your journey.0
