Hello,
It's time for me to get serious about getting back into shape. I joined the US Army in 2009 and weighed 245 lbs. By the time I got out of basic training and AIT, I weighed 205 and was getting a near perfect (293) AFPT Score. I married my beautiful wife in 2010 and maintained my physical fitness throughout my deployment to Iraq shortly after. When I returned home, I got lazy, my wife and I had our son (he is AWESOME!) and I found myself back at my weight of 245. Since then, I have not been able to lose the weight with any long term results and my AFPT scores have fallen - I struggle to pass now. Also, I fail the Army's Height and Weight Standards as well as struggle to pass the body fat percentage test. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE. So, here I am. I am starting Insainity today, eating healthy, and ready to give it my all. For my Wife to be proud of her husband, for my son to look up to me, for my country to maintain the standard, and for myself.
