Simple single-serving "fajita"

I threw this together tonight with some staples that I keep on hand and it was pretty tasty!


1 thin-cut eye of round steak (about 4 oz.)
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup mix of red/green/yellow peppers and onion
Salt, pepper and chili powder (to taste)
1 Weight Watchers jalapeno pepper cheese wedge
1 low-carb tortilla (I used La Tortilla Factory - Smart & Delicious Soft Wraps - Tomato Basil)

Saute mushrooms, peppers and onions in skillet; set aside. Season steak with salt, pepper and chili powder; grill on George Foreman, then cut into thin strips. Spread cheese wedge on tortilla, then add steak strips, mushrooms, peppers and onions. Roll up and enjoy for just 316 calories!
