Tattoos are definitely part of my addictions and passions. I love the look, the art, the meaning, the psychological effect they have on all of us who have them. Art, photography, videography and human anatomy (I'm a licensed massage therapist) are also part of my passion. So to me, the experience of getting a tattoo goes beyond the the fact I'm getting ink placed or injected under a layer of my skin and the pain that might come with it at the same time, but it extends to a more artistic and appreciated experience knowing what's really going on.

Of course, it is a little hard to explain with words, because for someone who loves art and see beauty in common or ordinary things we usually take for granted, words sometimes cannot express what the mind is actually seeing and experiencing.

This video kind of explains a little what I mean. It is a video taken of a tattoo session slowed down so we can see what's really going on during that buzzing sound made by a tattoo gun and how the needles interact with out skin. Something tattoo lovers would definitely appreciate.
